Our farm is open all year.

In the price is "all inclusive" that is the consumption of electricity, gas and water, bed linen and towels, final cleaning and spring-summer-autumn use of the pool and vegetables of our organic garden.  

Usually minimum stay of 2 nights

For New Year and Easter the minimum stay is 3 nights.  

Prices per apartment per night:

The price varies depending on the apartment, the length of stay and the number of people. Multiply the price per night for the number of nights you wish to stay overnight.

Meal service:

Add the price of meals to the apartment price. Our menus are always fixed and drinks are not included in the price.

 Children who only take a single dish pay depending on the price of the dish.    

- Children 0-3 years: free or € 10 (for the whole stay) for possible bed and bath linen

Children 3-6 years: € 10 per day

We have availability of 3 beds with bars.

€ 5 discount per person (for the whole stay) for those who bring bed linen and towels

Guests can make free use of the wireless Internet access that can be accessed from the restaurant lounge (where there is also a sofa and a fireplace), from the neighboring garden and from the Rosaspina apartment

The apartments are equipped with television

Washing machine: € 2 per wash (detergent included)

The arrival time is after 3.00 pm and the departure time is before 10.00

We request an advance of 30% on the total stay, payment is by bank transfer

The balance of the stay in the apartment is paid on arrival in cash or by credit card, bank transfer, check, while the bill of consumption (meals, washing machines, products ...) is paid at the end of the stay.
